Cooking Sudanese Halla in the Calais jungle

Greetings from northern France, where we've been visiting Calais and Dunkirk migrant camps.

Here's a short film shot with the School Bus Project, who encourage cultural exchange and learning through the medium of delicious communal meals.

We learnt how to cook Sudanese Halla, a beef stew, and practiced smatterings of English, French and Arabic along the way.
